Thank you for the feedback on the French translation. We’ve chosen to keep the model names in English to help ensure consistency and to avoid potential issues with Support.

but Échelle and Grande image are good points we can discuss with our translation team

definitely working on fixing this issue!

Thanks for confirming that it is not fixed for over a year now. I also have an M3.

Hi oneh,

Thank you for taking time to read and comment on some of my posts — I appreciate your interest and your replies.

I wanted to clarify the intention behind my original post, particularly the one involving the Julia Roberts image. The focus wasn’t on achieving a good result with any specific image. Rather, I was exploring how different text prompts and combinations of creativity and texture settings influence the output. It was meant as a deeper look into prompt-based image generation techniques, rather than image quality per se.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about the aim of the post, and I recognize that these types of discussions can sometimes be complex, especially across language differences or varying levels of experience with the software. If English isn’t your first language — which I only mention based on some spelling and grammar cues — please don’t worry. Many people use translation tools like Google Translate or spell checkers to help communicate more clearly, and that can be really helpful in a forum setting.

I also noticed that your profile doesn’t list you as a beta tester, so I wasn’t sure whether some confusion might be due to unfamiliarity with certain features in Topaz. That’s completely OK — we’re all learning at different stages, and these discussions can be a great way to share knowledge.

Regarding your more recent comment, I’d just like to gently note that the post was specifically about “ghosting” and “sky artifacts,” rather than individual image feedback. That said, I really do welcome relevant suggestions or ideas, especially those connected to the core topic of each post.

You did mention “bad jpg compression” in your first comment, which is an area I’m actually very interested in exploring further. I’d like to hear how you identify compression artifacts, what app tools or settings you use, and whether you have any tips for managing compression settings in Topaz.

Thanks again for your replies, and hoping you enjoy continuing to explore and experiment with Topaz!

Ah great

Thank you for the feedback on the French translation.

Thanks

I tried to install the new version from within the prior Gigapixel version but I keep getting this error message. What should I do and what does this mean?

Note: Prior versions worked no issues.

Go back up the thread. There’s the solution to the problem.
