Here’s something fun I did last night at home on my own M2 Mac Mini! Using prior results from the NVIDIA 4090 of course…
I used the WOMBO app back in January 2022 to create a bunch of “AI art”, such as it was. Meant to be viewed on a phone, it did not look like much viewed any larger on the computer.
Then Gigapixel Redefine came along, and I ran some WOMBO images through it at setting 6 Creativity, and suddenly – this is the CSI TV show equivalent of upscaling for sure!
If you view the Redefine result at 100% you can see these wonderful new details in that 1700’s art style:
Then I decided to run the 4X GPAI results back through GPAI at 4X again, on Autopilot…
The Mini actually output this thing! Here are detail views of the 4X + 4X result at 100%:
So then I wondered what Photo AI Super Focus would do to this type of monster render! The latest version now runs faster, so I gave it a try at home without my supercomputers…
