Gigapixel even does a good job with sensor dust spots!
One of the main pics used on the Topaz Labs site as well as the intro screen in Gigapixel has a huge dust spot!

scroll down to look for the pic of the vertical rocks with the circular white line at the top. At the top left of the tallest stack of rocks you will see a smacking big dust spot! This same pic (with the dust spot intact) is also used in the intro screen of the Gigapixel product.
Good to know! Gigapixel is so good it will even accurately enlarge missed dust spots !!
