I’m not sure if I’m the only one with this issue. But I am Having issues trying to enhance the photo I want to enhance on mobile. It will let me change and choose the photo but it gets stuck on “processing” this happens regardless of what I do and choose for the settings. Not sure if anyone has this issue or a potential fix besides using the desktop app. Just wanted to use the mobile app when I’m not able to use a laptop.
I don’t know if relevant or not, but Amazon has been having a major outage with their AWS service. If providers are using it, they’d be impacted too. It’s not just used for Amazon selling or Prime or Logistics processing.
Therefore, it could conceivably be impacting any Web-based services Topaz delivers if they use that service.
I am also having the issues of being on the 1-week trial and still unable to fully process any of my photos. It finished one photo for me, hence why I got the trial, but now it’s not processing anything at all.
Yes, I was using the iOS version on my iPhone XR originally. That app is named ‘Gigapixel’. I just got on my PC to save the photo and to post on these forums. Its harder to post stuff on my phone browser.
Forgive me I’m still unsure you have the iOS version and you now have the Desktop version is that correct if so, then the latest version of Topaz Gigapixel just tobe clear that’s the Studio version doesn’t have a trial mode only the previous Gigapixel 8 has

I downloaded the desktop version exactly because my phone wasn’t processing any of the images I placed into the queue. I wanted to see which was most effective in terms of results. However, I have not actually bought a full subscription plan yet on the desktop version.
I did confirm the 1-week trial on my iOS phone, though. I also submitted an inquiry concerning my issue and the need to accept a full subscription to the app through email. But this seemed a bit more effective when it came to getting the attention of the technical staff.
As I mentioned there isn’t a trial mode for the subscription version of Gigapixel however, you can Download and run the previous version in a trial mode which is virtually the same application you won’t be able to purchase it but you can try the previous Desktop version for a month

I will try it out! I am keen to simply have my photos processed on my iOS device though, because its what I mainly use for editing, so I will see about getting a subscription there. If that is what is indeed lacking in order to process my images.
It seemed what I purchased was a plan, and not the whole thing. Upon checking it again, I will think about purchasing it in full for iPhone.
