I own Gigapixel AI and have owned Gigapixel for many years before Topaz Labs went to a subscription base software.
I chose not to update to the new version. Did I lose my copy of Gigapixel AI? If I try to enter it only allows me to either have a Trial package or purchase.

Hi Harry, just download the last version you are entitled to from your account. Install that and it should work.
Thanks Don. I’ve tried it five times and each time I keep getting the Demo Screen. It won’t allow me to “Activate”.

It looks like you are going to need to raise a support request if it won’t activate your last version.
