I want to share my experience with Gigapixel AI, as a long time user and a big fan of this “magic” upscaling technology. The last version that worked well without annoying bugs was 4.4.5. After that, they tried to integrate more efficient batch processing and a new preview interface, and that was fine but it broke many if the interface and functionality defaults that were working very well. Now at version 4.8.2, they are still trying to fix those and other problems that cropped up. I still use 4.4.5 without any trouble, but it does not have effective batch processing, unfortunately. If you process an image at a time, it’s just about perfect. Looking forward to the day when the “new” Gigapixel AI is once again working bug free.
