Hi,
I use Lightroom Classic (ver 10.3) with Topaz plug-in to parse the image to Gigapixel AI (ver 5.5.2) for enlargement. The preview is not displaying the image correctly. Instead a random background image was displayed. I tried to change the interface parameters (ie. file type, resolution, etc) to different settings and even disabled my eGPU (Radeon RX5700 XT) but to no avail.
If I open the image directly from Gigapixel AI the preview works flawlessly.
Can someone shed some light into what’s happening or something I did wrong.
