Would you mind sending me your full system profile so I can investigate any hardware complications that could be causing this conflict?
How do I do that?
Gigapixel worked great before I installed the latest update!

This is a common conflict for Gigapixel at the moment. This isn’t something that can be solved with an update because it’s likely due to older versions of Gigapixel being installed and the uninstaller not being present for the previous versions.
To solve this, you’ll want to delete the older versions manually and then reinstall the new version. Please follow the steps below to solve this.
- Un-install
- Go to C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC and delete Gigapixel AI folder if there is one
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC and delete Gigapixel AI folder if there is one2) Open the program RegEdit from your Start menu explorer and delete the registry entries of Topaz Gigapixel AI, if there are still any, in:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel AI
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel AI3)
Re-install with Gigapixel:
- Download the software from Topaz Labs Download Page
- Reboot your computer. Install the program without any other applications running
- Open the program as a standalone first to make sure it’s working for you
Follow this video if you’d like further assistance with step 2 (deleting registries).
Thank you, that worked.

I had same problem. I had version 6 and version 7 wouldn’t install because it couldn’t find the uninstaller. Deleted ver 6 from Programs part (I didn’t have to go into regedit). Downloaded and installed 7. A major upgrade with very noticeably better results. Was debating on paying for upgrade license but its well worth it. I took a 20 Mpix image and cropped it to 6 Mpix and ran it through auto in Photo AI. Took that output and put it into Gigapixel and 2x to 24 Mpix and output is much better than the 6 MPix image. Great job guys
