I have some music videos that I’m converting from 23.98 to 29.97. During some cuts (but not all), I get a “ghost” frame. It kind of looks like a 1-2 frame dissolve, except there isn’t a dissolve in the original video, just a straight cut. Any idea on suggested settings to get rid of these ghost frames?
Can you share an example of the video or export for reference?
