Here’s something I did yesterday while thinking about the mid-terms. Hand painted in Photoshop with recently discovered third party brushes, touched up with Topaz Clarity and Detail Plugins. I’m posting this because I am slowly learning how to paint by hand and quite happy how this turned out. Also, FWIW, my take away from this is I need to figure out how to manage all those brushes and get a goto working set without having to sort through all of them. No political comments please.

I like the interplay of colors and the name fits well. I think that the canvas texture is too strong. Photoshop has some really nice brushes but I stopped subscribing since I didn’t use it much anymore.
