I’m a fan of cyano looks. It’s a very nice cityscape scene.
What’s the blurry part at bottom? Is that water? It looks like a long exposure effect but assume you didn’t need a long exposure for the city scene. So I’m trying to figure it out…
The ‘blurry’ part is the river Saane. No, I shot this f11, 1/160, iso125

Thx! It’s a really beautiful scene. 
I love architectural studies. But this is very nicely framed to give a sense of place. As well as the perfect cyano tint.
