Here’s how I spent my morning catching my breath after a 6 mile paddle with the Kai 'Opua Outrigger Canoe Club. We are training for a race in March. Great way to shed a few of those holiday pounds I seem to have accumulated.

I hate the snow which is one of the reasons I moved. In the winter, every time I send out a pic of the tropics to my friends on the mainland I get hate mail in return…
