HI there all i am new to this forum. i have an important old family pic with a terrible half-tone. i’ve been trying o fix it for months but didn’t get satisfactory results. can anyone pl guide what to do. i’ve already used FOURIER filter, Gaussian lur etc
You can use Gaussian Blur filters in PS, Affinity Photo, GIMP etc. And DON’T post in multiple threads,
