Feature Request | Underwater Back Scatter Removal

Good afternoon. I was wondering if you have considered a back scatter removal tool for underwater photography. I have been using the Topaz A! during post processing of underwater images. The AI techniques within Topaz lend them selves very well to sharpen and remove noise within the image. When using underwater strobes, there is a tendency to get a lot of particulate back scatter, which requires a significant amount of removal using tools within photoshop. I was inquiring to see if you have considered a back scatter removal tool within Topaz AI? Your feed back would be most appreciated.
Thank you

Just an example for those less familiar with underwater photography. This is just a small part of a large Manta ray. Selecting each spot manually would take hours, but it looks like a great job for software.

That would be fantastic if they can add this feature. Surely the underwater photo community will love this. Make some advertisement in dive magazines and this feature will surely sell massively.

Thanks for the idea and suggestion! Make sure that you do not forget to vote for your idea

Just had a walkthrough by someone who has Backscatter Xterminator as an add-in within Photoshop . It works brillantly and think TOPAZ could look at something like this with their AI engine… After forking out for the full suite I do not want to use another Photoshop addin if I dont need too… and fork out the additional money for it also. Any updates on this feature guys?

Thank you for sharing your suggestion! While integrating something like this isn’t currently on our roadmap, we will review this idea with the development team. It’s always great to hear ideas from our users, especially when improving workflows within Photo AI.
