Feature Request | Retain PNG Metadata in Cloud Render

When upscaling using the Gigapixel Cloud Renderer any PNG Text chunks present in the source image should be retained in the Downloaded image. The retention of these tags can be crucial for image libraries and the like.

The text chunks are retained during local rendering so it is slightly surprising that they are lost during the cloud render.

Here is a Text Chunk Extract of a local render:

Can you share an image with us so we can test?

We will discuss with the team to see if it’s possible to add that feature.

Thanks

Sure thing. Thank you so much. I assume the uploader doesn’t reprocess the image? Let me know if I need to zip it or soething.

Oh it did. That has converted to JPEG by the looks. Stand by….
