Failure of Topaz 1.2.1 to process

When extracting images from Lightroom (LrC) to Topaz for processing, Topaz appears to go through its various processes but I detect no changes in the image. I’ve reinstalled the software but the outcome is the same???

Are you not able to access a later version of the software? It’s now on 1.4.something.

Thanks for the response. I tried upgrading the software version and I got the message back I was on the latest version!!! Is this to do with the deal when I set up the contract; I don’t know.

Now I check back since I reinstalled the software and it is now version 1.4.3. I’ll try again but believe I have already tried with this version.
