Fails to start. Error starting on new machine

Starting on a new machine fails. with the error in status, suggests to send you the zipped file. How do that?/
seems like it wants to use the Intel GPU and is ignoring my RTS 5080. how to fix

Open the Preferences Panel and you can set the AI Processor to use the RTX 5080, the app is set to Auto by default which could be swapping to the Intel option or your CPU.

File>Preferences>Processing

  1. Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor

  2. Set the max memory to 80%

  3. Set max processes to 1

  4. Save the settings and close the panel.

  5. Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.
