I think you need to write to Topaz support, not on the community forum.
But since you’ve already written it, let’s summarize… You knowingly bought Topaz Video AI, did an upscaling without having any idea how to use it (knowing that it’s a professional tool and requires learning and fiddling with sliders), and after one try you’re asking for a refund?
