Hello everyone and the TVEAI team, when your software started its journey, as soon as we gave our opinion for the software developers, a person at topaz extended our updates for us for a year, and since the end of version 2, we no longer have this kind of thing. Even after TVEAI 3 is released, we no longer extend updates for a year for beta testers when we give our opinions, software problems etc… How is this done? You don’t do this for your beta testers anymore? Simple question, because you no longer offer this kind of thing since the end of V2. Will it come back from the TOPAZ team? Thank you for the response from the TVEAI team.
