MPEG PAL interlaced video 352 x 576, using Iris and Apollo. The 30 second video processes but then the export status shows 0 sec remaining and “(30 fps)”. It never shows completed and the file name is not written to the processed video. I can view the completed video with VLC but not with windows media player. Log files attached. I have had no issues processing NTSC MPEG videos with these same setting. Thanks

The log you shared does not show any of the processes completing; instead, they appear to have been stopped before completing.
Can you share a sample of the original and one of the exported files with us for a deeper investigation into this situation? Sometimes exported videos are not playable via Windows Media Player and other apps due to their lack of wider format support.
