Hi, just purchased and installed Video AI 5.3.6 on a Win 10 PC with a I7 2.9 mhz processor 16 MB RAM so I “thought” the PC had plenty of muscle to operate Video AI OK. I am attempting to upscale a 320x240 30 fps video up. I tried, aggressively, to go up to 4K at 60 fps, and got an export error. I looked that up, and figured I was trying to take too big a first bite. So, I dropped the requested upscale to 1920x1080 at 30 fps. Export error again. So, I just tried again at 720p… still export error. So, I think I am just doing something wrong and even using ChatGPT can’t seem to get a research trail to lead anywhere. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
What GPU does your system have? Video AI operates very slowly if you’re processing with the CPU.
You also need at least 32Gb of RAM.
Thanks for getting back so quickly. Apologies, an amateur here. I just searched for how to answer those “questions,” but I did get the info. It’s got the mentioned I7 running at 2.9 mhz, 32 mb RAM and intel rhd graphics 630 & radeon graphics tmrx 460 graphics. I was wrong apparently, as it’s got 32, not 16, mb RAM. Do those graphics units satisfy?
That dedidcated GPU esp if the 2GB variant is way under powered to be used in TVAI.

Video AI requires at least 6gb of VRAM (video ram) to run and your dedicated graphics only has 2gb
