What on earth has happened to the export function in Topaz Video?? I’ve been using it everyday for past few weeks entering an mp4 and selecting Mov output for the upscale. My 5-10 sec videos usually take 2-4 mins. That’s consistent for 100+ videos the last few weeks. Tonight I go on and the export option has changed, the selected output has changed format. I select prores to get a mov output, tried standard and I get a message that it’s going to take 45 mins …wtf??? What idiot at topaz has fecked this up with the latest great idea for an export change, gone from 4 minutes upscale time to 45 mins. That is not useable.
Ok normal service has been resumed. Not sure what happened there, maybe I caught it mid update or something
Were you using ProRes before for the MOV output? ProRes is a lot larger of a codec than H264 or H265 and will take longer to process.
