When using Starlight Sharp (but probably applies to any model) and processing a video that takes a long time the text is truncated. For example, upscale a 2h video to 4k and the estimated time is “5 days 22h12m7s remaining (123fps)” but is truncated to “12m7s remaining (123fps)” knocking off the hours and days. The columns can’t be resized so you can’t see the actual total time remaining to process the video. The column for the file path is also truncated when the file name is very long so I assume it’s a general visual issue with the column widths being fixed and not resizeable.
