I’m trying to render a 16x Slow Motion with 4K resolution and after a few minutes displays an error.
Can you grab the full zipped logs folder and send to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
