Error when deinterlacing and stabilzing SD Video

The set up was done after uploading SD file.

As it is older SD video PAL and interlaced the best result for upscale has been obtained by the first pass done as above, then run through Starlight Sharp.

However this has stalled twice with error code.

Both installation log and report log are loaded.

For the sake of good order, I note here that the computer was not restarted after the upload and install of V1.3.1. done prior to commencing this mornings run.

After third failure, and some adjustments, computer restarted and the project ran right through as first pass.

The logs are showing an error with loading the input file correctly from the file path, however, it looks like the drives are connected.

Try starting a new project and bringing in the first export that has been deinterlaced and processed into that new project and then apply the Starlight model. It could be that the file path is being broken after the first pass completes or is trying to access the file incorrectly.

If that does not work, grab the updated logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can take a deeper look into what is going on.

Thank you Kyle,

I ended up rebooting the computer and it did the job, and since has been running Starlight HQ and now for comparison I’m running the same deinterlaced stabilized video with Starlight Fast 2.

The results from Starlight HQ are impressive. So much more details and while I’ve only looked at a wee part of the output, I see nothing that that detracts from what has been done.

I very much appreciate your response and input.
