i rarely use this app its quite expensive so when i use it i expect it to work, its even unclear where i submit the error logs, its just taken me to some open forum that very impersonal, so i suspect every tom dick and harry will stick his her ore in, this service should be seamless, o right ive just spotted the upload icon
