I am getting this prompt when I open Sharpen AI. I can click on it twice and my photo will load, but I am not sure if the program is working properly. It appears to be working but is quite annoying to have click several times when using the program. Please advise.
Can you take a screen shot of your preferences and post it here along with the information copied from Help-> Graphics info.
I am also getting this error in V2.0.0

Do not come here advising people to delete installed files, that particular DLL is part of the OpenVINO distribution toolkit so that will affect the CPU processing. Should you do this again we will need to take appropriate action.
WARNING to all, do NOT delete this DLL as it is part of the installation and the OpenVINO processing option.
