The models do well with facial hair and head hair but I’ve noticed repeatedly over the past couple years or so that when I am working on a male image and they have arm hair or if their shirt is off and they have body hair like on their chest/stomach or wherever the models usually cause artifacts. I think the artifacts are mainly introduced during upscaling but I’m not 100% on that. I think this can be fixed on your end if you include more of these types of images the next time you train/fine-tune. Thank you for any consideration on the issue! 
it would be great if the redefine would only recover the hair. because the hair turns out awesome, but the facial features change .

I agree it would be great if possible in the meantime have you tried the Wonder Model or even Topaz Bloom which is excellent at recovering both head and body hair and don’t forget you can place a vote for your own suggestions
