Enhance old drawing videos with screen recording

Hi! a few days ago, I was able to find old videos from my YouTube account that they deleted a few months ago, that day I was really nervous because I had videos important ones that I have I had more on my pc. particularly videos of my old digital drawings, I found it but the quality, not great and they are in low definition, I post some screens in real size of the videos, and I would like to know what you suggest I do as an improvement to put them in 4k. I noticed for example that even with gaia hight or computer, the result is not great, I found artemis hight not bad for preserving the shape of the pixels, but if for example I use proteus or iris, the pixels are too smoothed… or if you know of another software that can help me…

I first have this one in fh with a bitrate of 16000 kb/s at 50 fps, for this one, I haven’t tried too many settings yet but it should be fine I think, on the other hand for fhd, I find the bitrate low… :

then I have this one, in fhd also with an even lower bitrate of 5800 kb/s at 30 fps :

then the next ones are more than 14 years old, this one is 560 x 480 with a bitrate of 863 kb/s and 10 fps :

and I have this one, probably the most important to improve which is 640 x 530 with a bitrate of 5700 kb/s and 30 fps :

There you go, I thank those who can help me advise me on how to improve them as best as possible even if it takes a lot of time to process them.

I’ll give you the link to a video shared on Google Drive :
