Most family scanned picture are just grainy and that is easyly solved with Topaz. But some professional prints end with a «screeny» texture that noise-reduction cannot eliminate. Would be great to have that additionnal feature.
My solution to problems like this is to down size first to blend the screen patterns, then upsize typically turns out okay.
