Anyone else experiencing this on WIndows 11?
Photo AI plugin regularly crashes whilst making adjustments on a tif imported to Photoshop from LRC. This then locks Photoshop, that has to be crashed to close. It can happen 3 or 4 times on the same photo. It never happens on a CR.3 file edited from LRC. Driving me nuts.
This has only happened since the latest updates to both Photo AI & Photoshop.
can you confirm your exact workflow when the issue occurs? If you are using from a double plugin, that isn’tsupported LRC>PS>Topaz
You should send from LRC to Topaz > Back To LRC > Then from LRC to PS. A double plugin workflow will be inconsistent and unsupported. Also ensure Topaz Photo is set to use your full machine capabilities: Edit > Preferences > General > AI Processor > Auto. This uses RAM/VRAM (CPU and GPU) and it is needed for our models.
