Hi, I’m trying to upres a 16k texture to 32k using the high fidelity 2 model. Unfortunately, it always fails on export after some time.
I have tried on two different workstations: RTX4090 + 128GB ram / W7900 + 512GB ram
I also tried exporting as different formats.
Clearly this is not a hardware limitation issue.
Any insight would be appreciated,
Thank you
Edit: to clarify, I’m using version 1.3.2

Hi johan.stoerkersen.
This is happening because upscaling with those factors would exceed the maximum pixel dimension of 32,000px along longest edge
A quick note for future reference the name of the application is Topaz Gigapixel
One Gigapixel = 32,000 × 32,000
Hope this helps

Here’s some information from Topaz about maximum limit
Hope this helps
Hi AND-E
You are correct. I resized my source image to 16,000 and now it exports correctly. Thank you for your quick response!

Thank you
You can if you require manually set the Output resolution both in the Upscale box and Preferences to a maximum of 32,000px
Upscale box
Preferences
this information is within the link I gave you but, for convenience here it is again
Alternatively, if you wish to Upscale your image above the maximum output simply split into four overlapping quarters then Upscale each one and stitch them together within an image editor.
