Hi, is there an upgrade path to Photo AI for users who previously purchased stand alone products such as Topaz DeNoise and Topaz Sharpen?

Yes and it depends

If you owned the original Topaz GigaPixel, DeNoise plus Sharpen AI and your Licensees were current at the time of Photo AI’s initial release then you were able to claim a free copy of Photo AI please, check your Account’s My Products page to see if there’s a link to Download Photo AI.

If there is then Download Photo AI from there and you’re be entitled to a discount on the latest version

On the other hand, if you owned one or two of the previous applications and your Licensees were current at the time of Photo AI’s release then you were entitled to a discount on Photo AI.

Having said that, as you’re already purchased Topaz products in the past it’s certainly worth asking the good people at Topaz Support if there’s anything thing they can do to help
