Normally, when you send the app to the trash and you empty the trash, it will uninstall the app and delete the associated files.
Extra files for plugins (Read this if you want to delete the plugins in Adobe’s app)
Adobe has known issues for residual plugins for a lot of programs and that is unfortunately out of our control.
When we reached out to them they mention to make sure to also check in this folder:Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC
You can see on their forums this is a long ongoing issue, you can see some solutions in the links below, but a lot of users don’t have a fix either. There is multiple cache info in the Adobe programs and this is not in our control and affects other plugin programs, not just Topaz. Few sites as references of the ongoing issue, from Adobe or Reddit:
These forums also mention to check here: ~/Library/Application Support/ and check if anything remains there in Topaz or Adobe folders. The tilde sign is very important ~, you can paste the path in Finder then Go menu, Go to: paste the path.
