After the update to 8.4.2 I was able to process 111 images but then it got stuck and appeared to crash. I have followed instructions found elsewhere in the community to delete plist files with no success and have completely deleted and then re-installed the app multiple times now and every time I am left with “Loading image” and the image never loads.

The images I am working with are PNG and JPG files output by Adobe Lightroom. My computer is an M4 Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.5.

I found the problem, Gigapixel is unable to load images with special characters in the name even when they are supported by the operating system. In my case it was question marks (?) that caused the images not to load.
