I used an older version of Photo AI on my Dell Vostro laptop on Sun Dec 15. I downloaded the latest version on Dec. 27 to that laptop. Now when I attempt to open the latest version on the laptop it shows I’ve reached my license limit of two seats, lists the only two machines I own, but tells me I need to delete one because I’ve reached my limit of 2 seats.

I have uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled the app. I’ve also run the repair - all to no avail. How do I correct the issue?

Hey, normally if you open the application on a new computer it will ask you if you want to move the seat there. Just try to remove a seat so that you can accept one on your current machine!
