Hello is it a way to set PhotoAI to open files in FIT view state? now it open as 100% and each time i have to scrol to bring it to full view.

Certainly you can change the default to Fit to Screen instead of the one hundred percent view
Simply goto the Preferences Menu or press the keyboard shortcut Command / Control plus ,
Within Preferences under the Application Section you’ll see on the right the Application options within these options you’ll find the Default Zoom drop down menu from here you can select Fit as your default Zoom
