When I try to export the JPG file as Raw file, I click on export and nothing happens
That is normal, the file you are starting a non-RAW format, and you cannot save a non-RAW to RAW.
In your camera for next photoshoots, go in your formats and choose to shoot in RAW. Then once you have a RAW file, then from Photo AI you can export as DNG (RAW format).
