Hello, even though I have a good internet connection, Topaz Gigapixel won’t upload any files and gets stuck during the upload process. Even when files are uploaded, it won’t enlarge them.

Firstly may I welcome you to the community a great resource and friendly place.
It’s probably an active VPN or something similar interrupting your connection, temporarily disable your VPN then try again.

With what you’ve described, Andy is right about checking for blockers like a VPN. Also, certain router security can prevent the open stream needed to upload, update statuses, and download the results with Cloud render.
Clicking the Refresh button and seeing that files are ready to download is a sign that some network element is preventing the expected behavior.
Otherwise, if images totally fail to upload, this usually means files are too large for Cloud render.
