I’ve tried to get a straight answer from support but either I’ve not been clear or they’re ducking the answer. I currently subscribe to Adobe’s product line which allows me to use licensed products on both 2 desktops/laptops as well as my iPhone. To consider moving to Topaz I would require the same functionality, especially since they’re much more expensive than the current Adobe plan I have for PS and LR, but they told me I can install it on 2 desktops/laptops but ducked the cell phone part. Can anyone confirm either way? What I need is:
It’s important to know that Photo AI is not available on your Phone like PS or LR mobile are. Our apps are too powerful and memory intensive to be available on a mobile phone. LS an PS use cloud render for their mobile apps.
For Photo AI - desktop app, can have on as many computers as you want, and have 2 simultaneous sessions running at same time. You could have it on 4 computers, and run it only on 2 of these 4 computers at the same time, and not get seat limit issues.
Gigapixel IOS - is not the same product as Photo AI. That is a FREE mobile app that can help you enhance file you took on your phone. It works for free on the cloud for faces, and you can purchase cloud credits to recover other parts of the file. It is not the same as Photo AI.
