Education | Image Files Cannot Be Found

When I drag and drop an image onto the Topaz Photo AI icon on my desktop, the software reports that the file cannot be found.

I can drop images onto their desktop icons for all kinds of apps on my PC (such as Photoshop) and they immediately open without a problem.

It’s rather inconvenient that I can only open images within Photo AI after it is running. The ability to drag and drop image files onto desktop icons has existed since Windows 3.1.

I really cannot understand why this simple task is not supported within your software.

Can you confirm if the same error arises when saving from and to your desktop on a standalone basis?
