I just purchased 400 credits on Astra yesterday to upscale and denoise some HD footage I shot recently. Neither the preview or render buttons are working no matter what I do.

The other question is… when i downloaded topaz AI it asked me to do another subscription on top of the 400 credit one..? Do we need 2 separate subscriptions to use either one’s upscaler?

Astra and the Desktop App Topaz Video are two different tools and both have their own subscription plan available.

The cloud credits are the same, but to use them within Topaz Video, you would need to be signed in under a subscription.
