Photo AI Plugin in Photoshop not working properly. It will not give me an option to scale. But if I open Topaz by itself and open the photo outside of Photoshop it works fine.

There’s two ways to access Photo AI from within Photoshop.
Method One:
If you send your image to Photo AI from the Photoshop Filter Menu, then Photo AI will allow you to apply every enhancement except Upscale.
Method Two:
On the other hand, if you wish to Upscale your image from within Photoshop, with Topaz Photo AI then you need to goto the Photoshop File Menu then click on Automate and select Photo AI.
