When I use Photo AI in PS, it tells me that are later versions and asks me if I want to update. I said yes, paid for and dowloaded the latest. I cannot figure out how to get the plug in in PS to update from 3.4 to 4.0. Can anyone help me? I’ve done it in the past and don’t remember it being hard.
First will be to close all your programs, Photo Ai and PS. Then go in your “My Products" page and install the latest v4.0.0. Then once it’s ready in your Downloads, double click on the installer link and follow the steps to update. Once all installed, test it!
