Your image is 51 Megapixels and you are scaling the image by Two Times that’s Two Times on both the Horizontal & Vertical Dimensions
Therefore, your image is actually Four Times it’s original 51 Megapixel size
51 × 2 horizontal × 2 vertical = 204 Megapixels
