install new version.

Hello.
I have Topaz version 4.04
Every time I open the software I get a message at the top that there is a new version that needs to be installed. I have already performed this operation several times and nothing changes. The version remains 4.04 and the update message is still there.
Please help.

Hi.

Do you currently have an Active Topaz Photo or Studio Account if the answer is No then, Topaz Photo AI 4.04 is your final version.

To stop the Application from telling you there’s a new Update you’ll have to Rollback to the previous version Topaz Photo AI 4.0.3

What And-E says is correct.

And if you own Topaz Studio, close Photo AI, and find on your Desktop the new logo/icon for Topaz Photo (no AI in naming). This would open the new app!

I am a Topaz subscriber for the next year. I paid for it.

Great! Since you have installed the new app already, and can use this new app but make sure to close Photo AI and open the new app (new icon, Topaz Photo) and you will be able to use and authenticate it with your email :slight_smile:

Can you please check my account. I’m sure I paid for an extra year to get updates.
