I have updated my computer ram etc… and I have tried 3.3.0 3.4.2 and 3.4.3 and it is still crashing on me ugh!!

If you have an Intel Core i9 13900K or 14900K be aware of Intels stability issues that have officially confirmed by Intel.

While you have updated the RAM, this Intel HD card still is under requirements for VRAM.

Make sure in the app to force Photo AI to use your CPU/new RAM:

1. Open Photo AI, and before importing any files, go to Edit > Preferences > General
2. In the AI Processor drop-down, change the Auto to CPU**.
3. Import a file and process it.

**It’s important to note CPU will never replace proper VRAM but it can be a workaround until you can get a computer that meets the minimum requirements (6GB VRAM), as your Intel card has 0.1GB of VRAM.
