I’m trying to update my version from 3.2 to 4.0 but get an error message - ‘failed to download installer’

Hi John.
If you’re trying to update Photo AI within the application then, sometimes you may get this issue.
Try a fresh Install simply, Click on your Account then, goto the My Products page and locate Photo AI version 4.x.x then, simply select Windows or Mac to download
Once, the file has downloaded Double Click to Install and no there’s need to remove the old version first as this is taken care with the installation process.

Another possibility, is the connection was Interrupted during installation this is because you have a VPN or similar blocking the connection in which case temporarily disabling the VPN or similar then, try downloading Photo AI again.
