Education | How To Edit With Lightroom (CC not Classic)

When I drop and drag a jpg or raw into Topaz Gigapixel , Sharpen AI, DeNoise and Photo AI and export the file it saves as an empty file. In Lightroom I get the error message "Lightroom was unable to prepare the selected file. It will not open. So I can no longer edit in Lightroom. Any suggestions?

To help sort this out, can you give details on these parts:

• From where do you drag and drop to Photo AI? It needs to be from Finder (Mac) or your File explorer (Windows) as dragging from another program to Photo AI is not supported. Make sure to find the file in your Finder/File Explorer, and then drag in Photo AI.
• In the Photo AI export window, where are you saving to? Make sure to select SAVE TO, and put a folder you are able to find again. Then save in it. Once the files exported, you can then open them in LR.
• That is the workflow for LR, if you have LRC (Lightroom Classic) you can use the plugin from File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI, as LRC is a supported plugin.
