Have you Logged in to your account lately

Falling that, this could be one of two things,

You have a VPN, Firewall or something similar blocking the connection in which case, here’s some information from Topaz Support about resolving this issue

Alternatively your Licence has expired although, I don’t think this applies to you in this case as your License is still current.

Never the less, I shall give the answer here incase anyone else has a similar issue and finds the information useful.

If your License has expired and you accidentally update to the latest Application after your Licence has expired then, the Software will ask you to Activate the Application meaning Login to your account, alternatively try out the new version features for free while you decide to buy the Software or Purchase the latest version for another year of Updates.

If you don’t want to Update the Software then, simply Login to your account then, goto My Products page and from here you’ll be able to Download and Install the version you own.
